The house is ideal for families and is very well located, in a quiet area with all the necessary services nearby to enjoy a good and restful holiday.
The kitchen is totally equipped and the home has a modern bathroom with a large shower.
There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.
In the living room there is a sofa bed.
Some of the ameneities include Satellite TV, good Wifi and a nice porch which is connected to the Garden.
“House Mestral 17” is located just 450 meters from the beautiful Riells beach and the Luna Park playground as well as to the historic center of L’Escala.
Pets are allowed.
A large garden surrounds the house in the front and back of the house.
It is fully fenced for children and pets safety.
Private and independent entry and exit for vehicles.
There is a commercial area only 5 minutes walking distance: artisan bread and pastry shops, pharmacy, fresh fruit shops, fish market, restaurants, Carrefour supermarket … among others.
